Notes: Late in the show, Courtney climbed up on a stack of speakers, then onto the VIP balcony, threatening to jump. She was talked down by a roadie, but lost her shoe in the audience. She demanded that her shoe be given back. It was thrown on stage, hitting Melissa in the face. She had been dealing with a nose bleed throughout the show and, after being hit, she fainted. She was taken off stage and the band played a few more songs without her before giving up.
