Notes:
• Courtney threatened to leave unless the audience sang the Italian national anthem. Due to the language barrier, the crowd didn’t understand her and the band walked off. After a man came on stage and translated Courtney’s request, the fans began singing the anthem, but then turned it into a lewd soccer chant. The band returned and Courtney said, “I love you. Gracias. Thank you very much.”
• At the end of the show, Courtney gave a guitar to a fan.
