• The band’s first performance of Skinhead Girl since 1993.
• After Best Sunday Dress, Courtney climbed up on a stack of speakers, then onto the VIP balcony, threatening to jump. She was talked down by a roadie, but lost her shoe in the audience. She demanded that her shoe be given back. It was thrown on stage, hitting Melissa in the face. She had been dealing with a nose bleed throughout the show and, after being hit, she fainted. She left the stage during Where Did You Sleep Last Night? and the band played the rest of the show without her.
