Notes:
• The show started about 2 hours late.
• Early that morning, Courtney threw a microphone stand into the crowd during a show at Plaid and it struck a man in the head. She was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment and third-degree assault. She referenced the incident at Bowery Ballroom, saying, “My voice is shot. Jail will do that.”
• Courtney took her dress off and put on a tank top handed to her by someone in the audience, which read “Eat My Fuck.” She was then given a blue shirt and shorts, which she also put on.
• Courtney stage dived and praised the audience for not groping her.
• Ethan Hawke, Debbie Harry, Norman Reedus and Steven Van Zandt were in the audience.
