Notes:
• The earliest live recordings to surface of Do It Clean, I Think That I Would Die, and Skinhead Girl.
• The only known live performance of Why Do Feminists Give Blow Jobs?
• The show opened with a recording of Kathleen Hanna talking, before segueing into “She lost all her innocence…” The recording of Kathleen continued to be played intermittently throughout the show.
• Courtney came on stage wearing a black wig, glasses, and a long coat, which she took off after the first song.
• Mambo Taxi was supposed to be one of the supporting acts, but dropped out due to a mix-up in the scheduling.
• Kristen’s mother was in the audience.
