Notes:
• The show started an hour late.
• Courtney invited her assistant, Lisa, to stand on stage and record the entire show with her iPhone. The audience became angry when Lisa stood directly in front of Courtney, blocking their view.
• The show was nearly 3 hours long. Courtney talked a lot between songs, which frustrated the audience. Many people left early.
• Samantha and Skinny Little Bitch were switched from their usual places on the setlist.
• Courtney sang part of the original version of Rock Star for the first time since 1993.
• The first show where Car Crash was played.
• Courtney brought several people up from the crowd to sit on stage.
• Courtney returned for the encore in a sheer, skin-colored top. She asked the crowd to give her a bra. One was thrown on stage and Courtney turned her back to the audience to take off her top and put it on. She took the bra off during Northern Star and tossed it aside.
